With over 35 years of experience in public accounting, Helen has seen and done it all. A certified public accountant and personal financial specialist, she has extensive experience in estate and trust planning, tax strategy, financial statement services, and business consulting. Helen is a graduate of Providence College and Bryant University and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island.

Throughout her career, Helen has worked with a variety of businesses and individuals, developing long standing client and personal relationships. As a trusted advisor and consultant, she has helped numerous companies succeed in an often volatile business environment.

As a founding partner at Gilligan & Bianco, LLC, she provides the one-on-one attention and service that the firm has become known for. Helen works directly with clients, getting to know the people behind the numbers and the businesses, to provide answers to the tough questions and solutions to even the most complex financial and tax problems.

A certified public accountant, Jason brings both accounting and business management experience to Gilligan & Bianco, providing tax planning, detailed financial statement service and consulting to closely held businesses and high net worth individuals. A graduate of Bryant University, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Estate Planning Council of Rhode Island. Jason is a past chairman of the board and treasurer for the Central Rhode Island Chamber of Commerce.

Jason works closely with his clients, delivering personal service and developing strong business and personal relationships. A founding partner, he serves as a trusted business advisor and consultant, using his experience in the corporate world to help clients achieve the best possible outcome, no matter what the situation.

When he’s not helping clients solve their tax and business problems Jason can be found on the golf course, playing the trumpet or working with up-and-coming musicians as assistant marching band director at Cranston High School West.

Lori joined Gilligan and Bianco in 2018 and brings experience working with closely held businesses and high net worth individuals as their most trusted business advisor. Lori is a CPA and holds the designation of Personal Financial Specialist and Certified Global Management Accountant. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Lori spends her time working closely with a variety of clients in many different industries including professional services, construction, retail and manufacturing. She provides financial reporting, tax planning, tax reporting and consulting services. In her spare time, Lori enjoys giving back to the community, spending time with her family and boating. She has served on the Board of Directors of various non-profit organizations including The Big Sisters of Rhode Island, The Bentley Foundation and A Fare Share.
